As an administrator & implementor, IFS has improved our integration capabilities with RESTful APIs and has completely streamlined how we connect with our B2B & EDI Platforms with bespoke integration projects now being replaced with straightforward API configurations. Security is enforced with the use of 'projections' which offer granular control and are extremely powerful, giving us the ability to obfuscate information and actions from unintended users, or applying read-only to ensure the integrity of data. We have found support, development and R&D responsive when launching as we had initial issues with order entry due to the sheer volume of orders/order lines generated in our telesales department, and to the software we were a new unconsidered use case. This was reported, and within a few weeks a global revision patch was released that helped streamline order entry for rapid order entry.
