Epicor's YoY price increases for maintenance is outpacing the increased value of minor new features, and support is hit or miss depending on the analyst assigned to tickets. Many bugs that are always "fixed in the next release" or are dismissed as "working as designed". That being said, ERP is mature, and core features have worked for the last decade without issues.

Great product; Room for lots of improvement
Really great product. Most of the time, Epicor support is great, but sometimes, the support personnel can be difficult to work with. At times, we are not able to understand and/or get answers from support on how certain things work, like the formula behind a calculation, process, etc. Native integration with Avalara for tax calculations is not strong/configurable. There is no capability of end dating a master data in many places. Missing important data like created_by, updated_by, created_date, updated_date in each tables.
