Really great product. Most of the time, Epicor support is great, but sometimes, the support personnel can be difficult to work with. At times, we are not able to understand and/or get answers from support on how certain things work, like the formula behind a calculation, process, etc. Native integration with Avalara for tax calculations is not strong/configurable. There is no capability of end dating a master data in many places. Missing important data like created_by, updated_by, created_date, updated_date in each tables. Change log is not slick enough to parse easily to report.

Support has been challenging to get ahold and not overly responsive.
