I was instrumental in assisting with the Mint proposal for Dynamics 365 a power App Quote tracking solution. Its purpose was to replace current solution for tracking, onboarding and renewals for Quotes and pricing across Africa. A rapid implementation of about 2 weeks. The Implementation of Dynamics 365 provided a robust cloud business solution that includes a secure store of all relevant data. This solution provided not only the storing and capture of data but also the Business processes relating to the data. Activities relating to quotations, onboardings and renewals which included e-mail, notes, phone calls and tasks

We started our review of Infor M3 10 years back and have worked with Infor since that time and are now 90% complete in terms of our goal of having one ERP. Our experience with Infor has been excellent as we have received great support from all levels of the organization. We have ongoing discussions with Infor on their Roadmap and use that to establish our own 3 year plan.

We are able to manage all aspects of our business including accounts & finance through this easily.

We are going through erp transformation from BAAN to INFOR LN. Tool is similar to baan but cloud based. I am working on manufacturing module in product configurator team. As a user of both BAAN and INFOR LN, i say LN has become more user friendly and ease of use. Intuitive interface for new users. Great support from INFOR in deployment. The are placing themselves as strong competitor to SAP with various modules in LN.

I've been using CSI/Syteline for 2+ years now. For the past year, I've partnered with their Manage Services Team. Our partnership has been fantastic. Their level of support is the best I've experienced in 20 year of using ERP systems. The software itself has allowed our business to grow in productivity.

Working with Orion is excellent as it provides best work flow and authorization matrix.

We are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM for our distribution business. Our experience with the D365 system has been very good. During the implementation, D365 data framework made our data migration process simple and reliable, allowing parallel processing with good error handling. Microsoft and our implementation partner worked closely with our team to improve performance and to make our system production ready. For some processes that are specific to our line of business, we were able to develop custom processes. With good development tools and development methodology enforced by Microsoft, our small internal team can maintain and enhance custom changes to D365. Microsoft's fast-track team has been very diligent in resolving issues during our testing and the initial go-live phase of implementation. Overall we are very satisfied with the wealth of features that are offered and regularly released by D365 for our business to grow and excel.
