The product is very pliable. They promise it can do almost anything we want. That does seem to be very applicable.

Dashboarding , AIOps & self-healing capabilities

ambiguity is not well handled, breaks when Cannot find service request type or null value is passed. KB articles keyword searches need to be more comprehensible

When upgrading a product from version x to x1 it should be similar and seem to work in the same manner. This is not the case for this product. The current version we are on is totally different then the previous version we were shown.

Ignio helped us to automate lot of manual tasks in monitoring servers and services hosted on them. It sends alerts in the form of email and displays the statuses of the activities performed on the dashboard. Self healing capabilities of the tool makes much difference compared other tools available in the market. We are currently leveraging Ignio to extract the data from both SAP and non SAP systems and to compare some of the key parameters on T&D assets. In case of any data discrepancies IT will re-push the data to downstream systems upfront so that all systems will be in sync with source system. Ignio has reduced lot of manual effort in reconciliation of data on a daily basis. It ultimately improved the data quality and helped business to plan work management tasks effectively. Also helped us to plan for PSPS event efficiently.
