Very easy to use. It can be customized as our business process required. The best thing is their automation system which made our team effort 10 times more effective. Their solution help is to manage entire supply chain online and obviously it worked very smoothly.
iMpact TMS is a cloud-based service so that its the user can access is shipment sitting Anywhere around the world and if not possible to access then allow nVision globals experts to track down the shipment. There is no need for a license, computer hardware, software or database required. Modern Times and regular updates to the software have eliminated the long wait to track down the shipment as a user needs only internet access and a browser to track down the shipment. It has a fully integrated freight audit system and payment functionality. It eases the work of the IT team by making the system automated more than 90 percent. Users can gain benefits from the configurable engines which reduce cost, increase the efficiency of the system and also meet the requirements of the companies anytime. It also has compressive reporting as well as detailed analysis of the system in real-time.

I think they can produce a lot more documentation on how their whole system works. It will help anyone to implement easily.
There is a need for some improvement in the supply chain management system.
EDI 204/990/214 understanding and setup by staff. Their knowledgebase is 210 (FBAP) related so you always have to walk them through each Carrier and confirm things are correct.
