What I like about Infios WMS is its simple and user-friendly interface which makes daily warehouse task easy to manage. Inventory tracking is accurate and updated in real time, helping reduce errors. I also appreciate the quick support response whenever we face any issue, their team resolves problems fast and keeps operations running smoothly.
We are on a very outdated version of the product- it serves us well for how outdated our version is, however we need to be upgraded to be able to give a good review.
High Adaptability (development) and customization options to meet operations/legal requirements needed for our specific and complex market. Good support from the team in project implementation and post implementation.
One thing I dislike is that some modules take a bit longer to load during peak hours. The reporting section could be more flexible, as customizing reports is not very smooth. I also feel the mobile app could be improved with faster syncing and a cleaner interface for scanning tasks.
So far - customer service and the hard press to move to cloud version in order to receive better support.
Complex Implementation/Configuration but once stabilized, it is quite reliable. Product is good but due its complexity, it is a bit difficult to be autonomous and independent to fully implement new projects/deployments by ourselves
