There are some products that have similar bar codes, and it takes longer to scan. Also, if our work instructions change, we have to update it in SAP, and it can be timely.

Generally i would say SAP is a good system - excellent for managing hand held devices on the machine floor, it improves efficiency drastically. The system can take some getting used to as the interface / dashboards can be over complicated.
