The interface can sometimes feel cluttered and less intuitive, especially when navigating master planning and forecasting modules
The process can be complex and costly. There is also a steep learning curve. There may be technical customization required as well as integration challenges with some non-Microsoft apps.
Data transfer can be touchy when setting up, some has to be manually entered and cannot be transferred over. You have to use external apps for extended functionality, it's not a one-size fits all program. Customer service is hit and miss. It's either fantastic or you find yourself hanging up and trying again.
