What I like about Infios WMS is its simple and user-friendly interface which makes daily warehouse task easy to manage. Inventory tracking is accurate and updated in real time, helping reduce errors. I also appreciate the quick support response whenever we face any issue, their team resolves problems fast and keeps operations running smoothly.
We are on a very outdated version of the product- it serves us well for how outdated our version is, however we need to be upgraded to be able to give a good review.
Very high level of knowledge about both systems and application services. Ongoing support during the year and variable services as needed for the peak season. Flexible integration of new warehouse technologies and customer requirements in the data base as well as process design. Also very good collaboration during the project phases.
One thing I dislike is that some modules take a bit longer to load during peak hours. The reporting section could be more flexible, as customizing reports is not very smooth. I also feel the mobile app could be improved with faster syncing and a cleaner interface for scanning tasks.
So far - customer service and the hard press to move to cloud version in order to receive better support.
Limited resources (sometimes) and long distance to our location (which is less important in a longer relationship).
