Very easy to configure and make your own, once the training is given you are encouraged to further develop yourself and how you use the product, using the out of the box solution but can be configured to fit all of our needs.
I like the technical support given , the team are very easy to contact and response is provided in a very short lead time.
Standardization across the different lines, easy navigation in the system and search systems available when unsure. Plenty of customized on screen reports available and flexibility to suit our requirements..
The current format is to build the training documents as you go, i would like to see a suite of training documents developed that could be generic and applied to each project. I know this is difficult to so sometime for data reasons but the development of a training and configuration test server would be useful.
The lack of training materials and SWI's to operate the system.
Mainly cosmetic type stuff I guess. Column headers could be cleaner, font size, column widths, emailed reporting could be more flexible/customizable.
