Very easy to configure and make your own, once the training is given you are encouraged to further develop yourself and how you use the product, using the out of the box solution but can be configured to fit all of our needs.
I like the technical support given , the team are very easy to contact and response is provided in a very short lead time.

The current format is to build the training documents as you go, i would like to see a suite of training documents developed that could be generic and applied to each project. I know this is difficult to so sometime for data reasons but the development of a training and configuration test server would be useful.
The lack of training materials and SWI's to operate the system.
Events section takes up too much space on page - not able to customise the main page Reports - Lots of fields that can be selected but difficult to understand how they are linked and whether the numbers displayed are accurate - suggest standard report in system which show how related fields are linked and verify the accuracy of the total i.e. Total Time = Uptime Downtime ... Should be a standard way to be able to handle running of multiple Shop Orders on the line simultaneously without having to decouple a line i.e Multiple start next Triggers on same line as a standard configuration
