Ready-built solutions are usually quick to implement/functional. Account representative is great and responsive. Very few technical issues when implemented properly.

I'm new to manufacturing and learning how to work Plex, has helped me with learning how our business runs. 3. Very flexible. This could be a negative as well. The system is almost too flexible. But I do think ultimately this is a perk.

Edi support seems to be pretty slow and/or expensive and required to go through plex.

Read Full ReviewThe quoting module is in need of a serious upgrade. The 3rd party options are not an acceptable option. Database fields for displayed data is not easily accessible. GL level security is non-existent. Muliple books would be nice (to update to new GL structure).

Flexible Manufacturing ERP System Poses Challenges for New Users
Useful documentation is lacking. There is a good amount of documentation related to specific sections of the system. Where it's lacking is in more of a setup process. The documentation seems to be "good" if you have a system that was setup correctly. Love the plex community, do not love the lack of communication from plex employees on the community, but that is improving. Customer service is outsourced which causes issues with time differences and language barriers, but we have had a recent successful case so hopefully that is also improving. Ready-Built Solutions Easy to Implement but EDI Support is Expensive
Our customer account representative is great and responsive. EDI customization is only available through the vendor and can be slow/costly, would prefer more customization on the user end. System's Modules Enhance Experience, But Delayed Cases Annoy Users
great system. dislike that we have to pay additional for each new module. and opening cases can sometimes take awhile to complete
