The support team has been a pleasure to work with having extensive knowledge of Visualfactory and how to configure it. Their ability to quickly understand my requirements and develop a solution for them is hugely helpful to our company's goals and implementation of VisualFactory throughout our production floor. Additionally, NoMuda's support team is very responsive and helpful in resolving tickets that are raised in a timely fashion.
The only issue I have experienced with VisualFactory is that updates to the version can on a rare occasion break pipelines that have been created which has not been a serious issue since their Support Team is very responsive quickly addressing these issues.
