Infor Nexus

Our journey with the Infor platform and services has been an evolution, starting with only a few modules and expanding to encompass may areas of the end-to-end supply chain. With each new addition to our landscape we have come closer and closer to realizing the value proposition that the platform offers. There have been bumps in the road along the way, but the Infor team has always come to the table as a true partner, focusing their teams' expertise and systems' functionality on enabling us to achieve our business goals. The Infor products we use have helped us streamline and automate our vendor purchasing and negotiations, product shipping and tracking, and downstream financing and payments. The products themselves are very powerful, have broad adoption among our factor partners, and have certainly helped us achieve our growth and supply chain and finance optimization goals. During the last 24 months, the Infor products we use have been integral in managing through the supply chain disruptions that have occurred, providing critical data for informed decision making, and giving us visibility that would have been impossible without the solutions we have in place. There are, however, areas of the platform and service offerings that are ripe for improvement, specifically: the UX/UI of the platform could be updated to be more in line with more modern web technologies and navigational/use elements, dashboards and reporting are a bit lacking, and implementation costs using Infor's professional services can be costly. Overall though, we are very pleased with both the platform and the partnership we have with Infor and we look forward to the further innovation and value creation the can provide for us in the future.
