Infor Nexus has been a reliable tool for gaining visibility across our supply chain network. The ability to connect with suppliers and track orders in real time has reduced the amount of manual follow-up that used to slow things down. It's not the flashiest platform, but it does what it promises consistently and the network of pre-connected suppliers is a genuine advantage.

1. The supplier network is extensive - many of our partners were already on the platform, which significantly reduced the onboarding effort and got us up and running faster than expected. 2. Real-time order tracking and shipment visibility is reliable and gives the team confidence when communicating lead times internally or with customers. 3. The platform handles multi-tier supply chain complexity well - visibility doesn't stop at the first-tier supplier level, which is where most tools fall short.

For me the biggest strength is the real-time visibility. You can see what is happening throughout the supply chain, which is very important for decision making. I also like the collaboration part, having suppliers and other logistics partners working using the same data feels very efficient and aligned. It also covers a lot of useful aspects such as tracking shipment and managing payements that really helped me.

The product is easly scalable, and also it helps with communicating with suppliers and manufacturers, thus leading to have an efficient and effective end to end process.

1. Reporting and analytics capabilities feel somewhat rigid - building custom reports outside of the standard templates requires workarounds that slow things down. 2. The user interface hasn't kept pace with modern design standards, which creates a steeper learning curve for new users than the functionality itself would warrant. 3. Support response times can be inconsistent depending on the complexity of the issue - straightforward queries get resolved quickly, but deeper technical problems sometimes take longer than expected.

As already said, it is not the easiest tool to set up. I don't have experience with this as I am only a user, but I saw how much work went into it running it for the first time. I also heard that the cost can be quite high. And to be very honest the user interface could be a bit better, some parts could be a bit more user friendly.

Setting up Infor Nexus is quite comples and has a learning curve, but also takes a lot of time, thus making is expensive to setup.
