The implementation of Infor WMS enabled the organization to archieve greater control inventory visibility, an efficiency across warehouse processes. Improvements in inventory accuaracy and picking productivity were significant. However, the implementation requires strong planning, user training, and chage management to avoid initial operational disruption.

overall it is allowing us to build and manufacture but this comes with alot of frustration due to the lack of flexibility being realised at such a late stage of the implementation.
