The product provides CEUs and certificates. The trainings are divided into easy to digest sections. The tool is easy to access and administrate.
Very helpful staff. The courses are very professional and thorough. Micro learning format of very short lesson segments accommodates students studying on the job and using their time well.
Nothing specific to platform usage
The trainings are outdated/behind the actual test generations. The end of course exams are too simple. Some of the videos are very old/awkward to follow.
Nothing to dislike, except the limited courseware on emerging compliance standards like NIST and CMMC.
