Good work on implementation and support projects
The overall experience for both implementations as well as for later maintenance was quite positive. Implementation projects were always on time and within the estimated costs and the results were also satisfactory. Understanding of business requirements and developing solutions for these requirements are good. For Maintenance or Application Management Service projects the results were also quite positive. The applications are maintained in a good way and if an issue occurs it is solved in a timely manner. Major issues which would lead to application downtime were (almost) never encountered. Great ERP technical expertise and easy to work with
We have been very satisfied with the technical expertise that the vendor has provided on all our projects. They are very easy to work with and extremely flexible. Very dedciated and hard working team members who are available almost 24X7. The Infosys team provided us a knowledgeable staff. To some degree, we were both learning the technology as we implemented. Infosys's communications and responsiveness have been consistently positive. However, I would like more thought leadership from Infosys regarding what is occurring in the credit card payment industry.
