Fujitsu are an important part of us Oracle delivery and interaction with users.
Fujitsu has been providing support services for our Oracle platform now for over 20 years. They have a very good understanding of our buiness requirements and we have developed a very good working relationship with them. They are continually helping us move forward by ensuring that we are fully informed on any potential enhancements to our portfolio that will benefit us. In terms of things that havent went well, I would highlight OBIEE enhancements and developments. Overall a positive experience, but not perfect. Flexible and collaborative people helps.
Good collaborative, flexible approach, not always referring back to contract when inevitable issues arose. Very good technical knowledge. Very knowledgable people. Typical large vendor issues when there are problems with incidents being passed off between teams leading to delays in resolution. Fujitsu has ambitiously challenged new project management. And they kept all the deadline, scope and budget. They reduced the implementation time of SAP ERP by 25% than usual. They did their best to achieve the customer's purpose with a full understanding of it.
