Learning from Deloitte in this domain is what I like best. They are very creative and have many ideas. A better open-source automation solution may have helped cut costs. Automation tests and metrics are tested when a project is Agile but not Waterfall. These issues require improvement. For good reasons, Deloitte has weathered budget cutbacks' many ups and downs. The hired staff has been incredibly adaptable, diligent, and communicative. My team uses a lot of procedures and artifacts that Deloitte contractors produce daily. Succesful implementation with a low standard of collaboration
The implementation was overall succesful. They are very knowledgeable about the solution they were implementing. However, communication and collaboration during the process were not optimal. The implementation team leaders seemed to be stretched too thin managing projects with several clients and were not available for critical meetings or collaboration. Successful hard implementation, we had suitable support and partner commitment
Deloitte team drove us on a successful regional EBS implementation experience, providing best practices, an experienced consultant with excellent application knowledge, business common sense and total commitment to the project and organization objectives. One aspect should be better is the initial proposal of project timeline and effort. We did not reach the initial proposal and we understand we could be notified about some risks with several impacts on the project. Under AMS perspective we had an intensive learning curve and adjusts on the Deloitte's organizational changes, now we are at cruise speed and the feedback is very positive. A very successful implementation for some complex processes
We had a very good experience with the Deloitte team. They were very responsive and provided us with great advice and options in helping to make our implementations a success. We felt that the team was quite knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. They brought many 'best practice' solutions into our design, and were willing to dive deep into the impacts of changes to functionality. The team did a great job helping remove complexity in to-be processes - a case in point by reducing our benefit plans from 19 to 1. We have found the Deloitte team to be accommodating in one-off requests, and very interested in the continued success of our implementation - even following our official engagement.
