Overall, TCS' delivery of services has been excellent. The team is very hard working, highly committed and always willing to go above and beyond to provide the services.

TCS has taken the project of SAP implementation of our company and AMS was also part of it. First of all they fail to deliver the project within timeline it was 18 months but it took more then 36 months to deliver the same, that too many items were pending. Post implementation the SLA was only 25-30% although it should be more then 90%. The team deployed by the TCS is not experience despite numerous escalations they have not enhanced the team with required skill set. The services provided by the TCS team was not at all up to the mark , the issue was escalated to the CEO of the company but status quo maintained. At last we have gone for a new tender and selected new partner to support AMS services.
