The experience with Intellect has been amazing. Their team for implementation and sales are very responsive and knowledgeable. They understand the regulations that we need to meet and far exceed them. Their system is very customizable and scalable, which makes it appropriate for any size business.

Before Intellect, there was no established QMS or process repository. Documents were not standardized. If a user left, the documents were lost. There was no process for approving and reviewin documents. Eacg department had its own document management. Complaint management, CAPA management had no follow up. There were no well documented audit plans with good follow up. After implemented Intellect, we resolved these problems. Implement Intellect was complex, due the high number of tables and work flows that we required to change, but after all, we have a succes implementation.
