Intellect QMS has greatly simplified our quality management operations. In our case, managing our own warehouses of perishable goods, including frozen, refrigerated, and dry goods, it was necessary to contract a module dedicated solely to quality control, establishing standards, and facilitating inspections.

Before Intellect, there was no established QMS or process repository. Documents were not standardized. If a user left, the documents were lost. There was no process for approving and reviewin documents. Eacg department had its own document management. Complaint management, CAPA management had no follow up. There were no well documented audit plans with good follow up. After implemented Intellect, we resolved these problems. Implement Intellect was complex, due the high number of tables and work flows that we required to change, but after all, we have a succes implementation.
