One of the first things I noticed was how intuitive the platform is. Even with limited accounting knowledge, I found it easy to setup and navigate. The all in one features such as invoicing, expense tracking and tax prep made simple saves me so much time and I love I can accept payments directly through them When I first started, I opted for a basic plan and as my needs grew, I could upgrade without hassle. This flexibility is something I really apreciate
It has a user-friendly interface that makes using the accounting feature very efficient. It's seamless integration with other software tools.
It requires better internet connectivity as we are using a cloud based version. Vendor to Vendor General Entry option is not available, you need to adjust it from Advance Payments.
While I am happy with what I get, I did notice that the more advanced features and payroll add-ons come at a higher cost. Its not a deal breaker but something to consider if you are on a tight budget While the basics were easy to pick up it took a bit of time to figure out some of the more complex features like advanced reporting. I eventually got the hang of it with helpful documentation Being cloud based, there have been rare moments when the service was down or slow its not frequent, but it has happened a couple of times.
The only thing is that its a bit expensive but customization is available as per your requirements. Though they have discontinued the services in some regions but the product was exceptional.
