I have always found iSpring Learn very user friendly and a great platform for delivering microlearning. It's easy to launch courses and the built-in authoring tools and integrations are fantastic. I find it very intuitive to use and while the reporting and analytics could be improved it's a great choice if you want something simple and reliable with minimal setup and learning curve.

De interface is overzichtelijk, het uploaden van presentaties of video's gaat vlot, en als je al met PowerPoint werkt past de koppeling met de auteurstool heel goed. voor kleniere teams of organisaties zonder veel e-learning ervaring is het een solide keuze.

I have used a number of course building tools over the years and this is a platform you can easily dive straight into and start using with minimal guidance as it is very intuitive to use. The integration with PowerPoint makes it easy for users to take their existing experience and just add the authoring tools to quickly develop content. The one time I have required assistance from their support team the service they provided prompt and fixed my issue straight away.

I feel that while the reporting and analytics cover all the basics, it could be improved a bit more. I have only used it with the basic features and it has always been great but I have colleagues who have expressed some frustrations when trying to implement more complex customisations . The pricing tiers are a little confusing, it would be great it could be clearly available for smaller teams without having to contact customer service.

Aan de andere kant merk je wel wat beperkingen: sommige rapportages missen detail of flexibiliteit, en de mobiele ervaring voelt volgents gebruikers minder polished. Ook als je organisatie op gropte schaal werkt of ingewikkelde leren-trajecten hebt, kan het systeem wat krapper aanvoelen. Kortom: werkt goed voor basisbehoeften, maar voor complexere training-infrastructuren moet je kijken of het echt matcht.

I have no major complaints with this product and have mostly scene a positive experience.
