1) Jasper can write great business-as-usual emails, perform copy-editing tasks, and also create thought leadership with the right input. I appreciate it being able to understand the brand voice and generate output that adheres to that. 2) The 'knowledge hub' is a great feature that helps me corral a lot of input in one place and generate the required content. It is able to create great content informed by several related pieces of content. I have created webpages, thought leadership articles, blogs and social posts using a large amount of already existing content. Jasper was able to combine inputs from all sources effectively. 3) Jasper also acts as a great place to brainstorm and can kickstart any writing project. It has become my go-to starting point. I'm eagerly looking forward to its video and image creation functions. 4) The customer success teams are great and take the time to support the users. I appreciate their expertise.

Read Full Review1) As mentioned before, Jasper has trouble with complex tasks like script writing. It does not yet have an understanding of what makes a good video script. It can be challenging for Jasper to work with specific constraints. In my example above, I mentioned that I asked Jasper not to change any of the words in the transcript since it was a video. It was not able to follow that instruction and gave multiple outputs where it changed the words. 2) I would love to be able to upload a complex excel and have Jasper work on it and give me insights. 3) Copying content from Jasper chat and pasting it in an email or in a word doc gives a formatting that is difficult to remove. (There are boxes around the content that are difficult to remove). And pasting the text 'unformatted' means that I need to go back and make 'bold, italics, underline' the right words manually.
