We have missed some functionality like the ability to use it for multi-partner collaboration. Due to the fast nature of a start up there are a lot of updates It lacks support and marketing modules.
Early to mid stage PRM - some of the features and modules require updating or refinement to accommodate specific use cases. Its ready out of the box but may lack in UI customization for those that need it. Initial difficulty in CRM mapping that required iteration with support during deployment.
As a startup there will always be room for improvement but that's also the beauty, with new features and buttons challenging us to work better and constantly develop our ways of working.
