Easy to setup - From creating the event to going live, the process is quick and intuitive with minimal friction Flexible ticketing - Handles multiple ticket types, discount codes, and capacity limits cleanly in one place. Smooth check-in - QR-based check-in worked reliably on event day with no queues or technical issue. Built for tech events - Features like CFP management and hackathon support set it apart from generic platforms.
The best part is the ticket management, I can list down multiple tickets with ease and a few collections. Also it gives a feature to collect the tax from either the customer or self which was really helpful. Additionally, I can hide tickets that are only visible when a code is entered that is also created by me.
Limited advanced analytics:- Deeper insights and reporting features could enhance decision-making for organizers. Customization limitations in certain areas - While flexible overall, some event page or workflow customizations are restricted.
Shallow analytics - Basic metrics are available but deeper insights like drop-off rates or referral tracking require manual exports Limited page customisation - Event landing pages are templated and dont offer much flexibility for branding
Overall all the functionality is good except for the landing page customizations. The platform provides only 3 customization for the landing page and also I don't have any option to change the theme of the page. Due to which sometimes the vibe of the landing page doesn't match the event.

KonHub is a good conference management platform for very small to very large conference sizes. This is the second time I have used a conference management system. The best part is you don't need to pay any flat fee and still get all the features. Use of tools and customer service is also good and responsive.
