The feature that I like the most is the use of templates with custom XML source. This allows us to build dynamic and rich content and easily change the layout to adapt to new design requirements. Different types of schedules and the ability to segment the rights to publish content all in an easy to understand and control interface. And not in the last place is the ability to integrate with SSO and not needing to manage another set of credentials for the users for which is very trnsparent. Also the fact that the whole solution is web based is a big plus.

The centralized device management and monitoring capabilities are very helpful. The platform provides good operational visibility through dashboards and analytics, which makes it easier for our team to track performance and resolve issues efficiently.
The only reticence I have is that it can integrate a live Cable TV feed, it has to be streamed which will introduce a few seconds of delay. Also, a little more ready to use API documentation for developing integrations will help to allow a development team to integrate with more ease. Lastly, a clear list of all the addons with all the features that they could provide to users would be interesting to have and be able to consult as they are always expanding and adding new ones.

Some areas of the interface could be more intuitive, especially when navigating advanced configurations. Additionally, more customization options in reporting and dashboards would further improve the operational experience.
