Ease of use - the product is super simple and just works. Just drop your image/poster and it works. Flexibility & compatibility - we didn't have to worry at all about compatibility issues between PC, Mac; our PC and the venue's PCs. Reliable performance - we found no bugs at all during use and set up.
I like the ease of use and the user-friendly interface.
The flexibility when it comes to screen layouts, the variety of apps available, and the timeliness in being able to send content to screens immediately.
We are worried about the scalability of the product - it feels like a one-time use app. Remote features and internet reliance seem to be unnecessary bloat. Advanced features also seem like unnecessary bloat. We would prefer if Screencloud would just stick to polishing and consolidating their current feature set, and give more savings to the consumer. And the price of the app is quite high for what it offers.
There is not much to dislike, but we sometimes have trouble with our TV screens and the compatibility. I think that is more of a hardware issue than a ScreenCloud issue. Sometimes we are offline.
Additional apps to select from would be most welcome.
