LeanIX product can do better in terms of defect fixes New functionality releases are very basic & not in a usable format There is no way to prioritise an enhancement request
the configuration part, sometimes is difficult to understand and I dont like the fact that it is not possible to delete factsheets manually, without an excel upload.
