Maintaining workforce has become an major responsibility in our profession. We ensure that departing employees receive the support they need toward successful career. LHH's align closely with it by providing career transition support which helps the confidence of the individuals. Most of them might not searched for a new job in years due to the modern recruiting practices, through coaching, career assessments and interview preparation they get confidence in finding new opportunities. We dedicate career transitions as we commit to workforce management which values people. Sometimes it leads to employee dissatisfaction as outplacement services may not eliminate the risk entirely, but will provide a positive transitions. Branding has increased in recent years, career transitions helps employees adapt to these kind of changes.
