Great overall experience. LHH has an excellent website explaining their varied offerings and when I reached out for assistance, they were quick to respond and with local reps. Their sales staff does an excellent job of demonstrating their capabilities as well as the many facets of their outplacement services. Easily customizable to meet the needs of wanted we had wanted to offer our employees during this difficult time of transition and LHH was very compassionate and caring in all dealings. Easy implementation with a dedicated account manager was a big plus and the satisfaction of our employees with their services was quickly apparent. Customer service was also top notch as were the results of their services.
