Easy implementation with a dedicated account manager. LHH had coaches and assistance available 7 days per week and evenings as well. Met the needs of our employees to a T. The solutions were diverse and cost effective. Our employees raved about LHH resume writing and review services as well as the quality of the coaches. One on one coaching was great, and it was all done in a very cost-effective manner to our company. Executive outplacement was also utilized effectively as well as outplacement to all frontline employees. Our employees also took advantage of the LHH career assessments and training available to better hone their skills. LHH Career Canvas was a great tool. Most of our employees thought the marketing plans they developed with LHH were a great way to help them land a new role and so far, the success rate has been high.

Displaced employees have a partner that helps them think through their options thoroughly. LHH does not come with an agenda, but allows the employee to guide where they need help from LHH. They offer a wide variety of options to displaced employees from resume writing to LinkedIn profile building to skill building.

LHH job board was deemed to be rather ineffective by some of our employees. Old, outdated or jobs that were no longer open seemed to be plentiful. LHH job bulletins are also deemed to be a rehash of Indeed and LinkedIn offerings, etc. We did have a few employees state that the coaches are cold and disengaged and offer very generic advice and assistance.

Expensive for standard service, basic service support, and not tailored to local community supports.

The administration seems a bit lacking. When I need to add a displaced employee to the service, I have to work harder than I should and more than once I have had to give them information twice before the employee received their service.
