sevice support is not upto the mark, marking too email is not required quick support on running bussines is important, requirement can be full fill after that too,
While it offers full Excel export of most data, and has an API, it would be much more flexible if it also had SQL capability to access data. Additionally, there are polish issues with the interface (colors, minor bugs, quality of life items) that could be better. Reliable connectivity with iPhones/IOS is currently a weakness that they are hopefully addressing and fixing.
