We found it quite a relief to see the detailed indoor maps within LocusMaps. To have a digital map system for the airport terminals and airline related facilities was very useful especially, to the frequent travelling staff.
The LocasLabs team is great to work with. They are very talented and will take feedback. Also, they are very fast to make updates or changes.
Robust set of features that can be customized to suit individual needs. Service level can be tailored to be more hands-on or hands-off, depending on individual needs.
The absence of language, particularly one that would adequately cater to our needs, was a serious challenge. Our team works in several languages, and LocusMaps and its data were available only in a limited set of languages.
I can't think of any - maybe that they are getting too busy and need more engineers - good problem to have!
As with other technology companies, there will always be some risk that products and features will be deprecated, forcing customers to upgrade.
