The experiences I've had with CMX have been good. The only downfall is our location is off and seems to "jump" about 10-15 meters. We recently upgraded wireless controllers (5520s) and APs (4800s) but we did not take into account that we have to have AP's around the very perimeter of our sales floor. We put them about 10-15 feet in to allow for better coverage and use less APs. This caused our problem of not being able to locate correctly. Other than that, I've had good experiences with the analytics and what tracking we can do.

We recently implemented Meridian throughout our system, and it was a much smoother deployment that anticipated. The Aruba engineer provided support throughout the entire process, ensuring everything went well. It has cut back the time spent locating medical equipment quite a bit.

Have been working with Colocator and their team since 2017, which has always been a pleasure. We have used the tool in 4 different major EU music festivals' mobile apps since then. We're implementing partnership deals through Colocator, messaging festivalgoers throughout their festival experience, live event monitoring, as well as getting valuable insights for future use (crowd management, productional decisions, artist affinity, etc).

We're early in the implementation process, but so far the implementation personnel we've dealt with so far have been professional, and been able to guide us through the process and answer all questions promptly.
