Ease of use and good design, structured, multi-access environment, integration into enterprise databases and compatible to most network printers.
I actually cannot think of anything that I like about this software. Honest!
- Customization - Ability to link SQL Database - great customer service whenever I have called Loftware/emailed
It can take some time to interface into ERP systems such as SAP, product learning curve can take some time, and limited import features from other labelling systems.
- Poor layout, the features are difficult to find and the system is hard to navigate. - Time consuming to design labels - it needs to be improved to make it easier. - No training or support package available.
- inability to troubleshoot printer through software - whenever making a long strip of 10 tyvek (using Tharo H-400), there is always a format issue that causes a disalignment; print will come out different than what is shown on screen (only when doing strips) - really REALLY wish you guys had a 2 license package (best for our purposes)

Loftware NiceLabel - Honest Review
I am very new to this software - I have used Loftware Nicelabel for only a couple of months. I am the designated person to set up, and design the labels to run through the system. Loftware Nice Label has NOT been straightforward or easy to set up for our business at all. I use this to design labels, and upload the information for production runs of product. I have built in the automatic expiry date and batch number to be added to each individual label in runs. To design one label I would say this took me almost 2 hours! Extremely time consuming due to the poor design of the system. I am not a fan of the designer - it is not straightforward. I did not receive any training on the use of the system and no guidance was receive by the software producer. Overall rigorous software + easily customizable
