Our use of Logic Manager has benefited from custom workflows as well as assignable tasks. The knowledgeable staff was able to make what could have been a difficult project as simple as possible. I like it most because through this cane to transition our programs from highly manual to nearly fully automated processes. The automation workflows of LogicManager have simplified our existing processes and now we are more streamlined, efficient, and productive. LogicManager centralized our processes and increased efficiencies across the board. This has given processes tracking, reporting, and visibility all in one place.
Generating ad-hoc reports that focus on certain types of risks or trends is quite difficult. This lack of flexibility is a problem because it is hard to produce reports that are fine-tuned to the requirements of the leadership, thus hampering risk communication.
