Through the use of LogicManager, we are in a position to track all kinds of risks from the operational to the strategic. This one-stop-shop has greatly improved our ability to identify, assess and manage risk, which is a huge benefit to our team.

It's easy to use. The user interface is great Very clean Saves time

The scope of the platform is exciting, it has already proven to be extremely useful in establishing new workflows and Logic Manager saves significant time. Our use of Logic Manager has benefited from custom workflows as well as assignable tasks. The knowledgeable staff was able to make what could have been a difficult project as simple as possible. I like it most because through this cane to transition our programs from highly manual to nearly fully automated processes. The automation workflows of LogicManager have simplified our existing processes and now we are more streamlined, efficient, and productive. LogicManager centralized our processes and increased efficiencies across the board. This has given processes tracking, reporting, and visibility all in one place.

Generating ad-hoc reports that focus on certain types of risks or trends is quite difficult. This lack of flexibility is a problem because it is hard to produce reports that are fine-tuned to the requirements of the leadership, thus hampering risk communication.

The software can be configured in a variety of ways, but it would be beneficial to have additional standard templates available to make the software easier to use. We are based in the EU, storing data in the US requires the use of additional data protection tools, so our subscribers will incur an additional cost as a result of the new EU center.

The LogicManager provides a central place for all of our risk, compliance, and auditing programs, it also provides customized workflows that we use the most. We've been able to create more streamlined and efficient programs all because of our ability to create our own workflows. Logic Manager has great customer service, which is something we really appreciate because we always get the answers quickly as we need, whether it's via email, chat, or with our account representative and the regular platform updates are also very useful to do something new. It is simple for us to accept LogicManager as an integrated risk management tool, removing all change resistance barriers and we can customize workflows without any deep knowledge or effort. The support I've received when I've had questions has been exceptional and the team is eager to help, they are genuinely concerned about meeting our needs as a customer.
