Love the support they provide during onboarding and all the little tips and tricks they give you. The product itself is awesome and super useful when dealing with multiple RFPs or RFIs at the same time or during busy periods
I like that I can quickly answer a template questionnaire, that I can download a completed copy of the questionnaire and I like the Chrome extension.
It's intuitive to use, and the team has been responsive and helpful throughout our journey.
The only thing I would note is that it does require work on the customer's side to get the product ready to use after onboarding
I dislike having to reformat things in my questionnaire after I export, I dislike that I cannot always fix mapping that I do manually and that I can never fix automapping.
While the AI is good, but it's not advanced like customised responses etc

I find the Loopio user interface to be clunky and non-intuitive with a narrow range of view options. I also find the export options in terms of file format to be limited.
