The native search capability & its configurability

It is a no code platform and therefore using it is easy. Customizing searches is easy and this guarantees right results. Incorporation of AI makes searching faster.

The customer support is not so quick and requires much time to get back. The documentation doesn't contain much data.

Search UI is not great

Never had issues. Lucidworks Platform is the best.
