We've been using lumen global to connect our offices across multiple states and the reliability and performance has been excellent. The Network provides consistent with an up time even for high demand work clothes and provisioning new sides has become much faster compared to our previous provider. The customer portal offers great visibility into service status and outages.

The Lumen global WANS services have been largely positive. The global connectivity is the key to our use. Also it was a smooth onboarding process for our users . I would like to see improvement in communication proactively. The overall service quality is good. They regularly keep on upgrading themselves which makes more unique this product.
