The automation and workflow features are very useful - we can create or disable users and assign permissions automatically, which saves a lot of manal work Password self-service and account unlock options are another big advantage; they have reduced helpdesk tickets and improved user satisfaction. i also like the reporting and auditing tools- they make it easy to track changes, generate compliance reports, and see who modified what in the AD environment Overall, the product's ease of use, automation capabilities, and detailed reporting are the top strengths that stand out for our small IT team.

The initial setup process was time-consuming and required learning about each module, which made it a bit challenging at first . The interface also looks a bit outdated, which affects the overall user experience. Additionally, some updates require manual intervention, adding extra effort to keep everything up to date. Overall, these are the aspects I found less favorable about the product.

Occasional Performance Lag - In large environments, real time sync and report generation can be a bit slow at times. 3. Pricing Structure - Its modular but figuring out what is included vs what is an add on can be confusing and adds up quickly.
