Automated user lifecycle management, Builtin auditing & compliance reporting and self service password management with MFA are the top three features I like with this product
Complex initial - setup can be a bit challenging and time-consuming to configure properly at first. Performance Issues - Some users experience slowdowns with large Active Directory environments. UI/UX Limitations Interface may feel outdated or less intuitive compared to newer tools. Limited Customization Certain workflows or reports might not be as customizable as needed. Some find the licensing and pricing structure expensive or confusing. Minor glitches or stability issues during updates While support is generally good, there can be occasional wait times. Users find it challenging to switch between different ManageEngine products within the A360 interface and the toolbar categories are not intuitive.
support issue, development is very slow
The UI can feel a bit dated and not always intuitive, especially when you are trying to navigate more advanced features. Some of the configurations and policy setups take time to fully understand, so there's definitely a learning curve. There were also some occasional delays or quirks in reporting, where data wasn't always as real-time as expected.
