the EIC is a very powerful application. It is very difficult to learn as it requires significant development. Support is abysmal and massive turnover in the organization has affected the Service management side. Saviynt is difficult company to work with currently but if you can get thru the challenges to product will help your organization.

Effective solution when deployed correctly
The functionality of Saviynt is very good. However, my ratings are based on our experience of the deployment and the go-live process. We were let down very badly by the 3rd party that did the implementation, this resulted in a lot of issues with a watered down solution, and we spent the next year firefighting just to try and get our implementation to a workable state. This meant that a lot of the development and extra functionality could not be worked on. The Saviynt support has been very good and was very helpful during this difficult time. Saviynt EIC Simplifies Identity Lifecycle Management With Out-of-the-Box Integrations
Saviynt EIC enables organizations to effectively manage the lifecycle of identities (human and non-human). Out of the box connectors for HR Systems (Workday) and directories (Active Directory) make integrations simpler. Standard IAM capabilities (access provisioning/deprovisioning, access certification) are built in a comparable manner, building on the ease of integration through out of the box connectors.
