Reliability and its powerful document generation capabilities are the ones that I like the most about this platform. It also provides support for high volumes of data as well as complex document processing smoothly and efficiently with the help of its enterprise integration features. Moreover, the flexibility in designing and managing document templates is also a positive part for the administrators.
Bit of a steep learning curve for new users. The user interface is sometimes a bit clunky, but still usable. Configuration sometimes feels overly specific and require some time to get used to.
Some useful text formatting features are missing. Furthermore, customer service isn't very helpful.
Most of the features offered by this platform are truly positive but the initial setup can be improved by providing technical expertise to the organizations. Interface could be improved by adding necessary graphics and visual aids which will make this platform much more innovative.
