“MAX BR1 Pro 5G cellular = so - so. Good product. Bad support.”
I cannot get the MAX BR1 Pro 5G cellular modem to connect with my CISCO RV340W router. I opened a support ticked with Pep and the ticket was deleted. I was told to go back to my vendor. My vendor will not help. A basic operation, like modem to router WAN configurations cannot be accomplished on this device. Apparently this device is not able to accept a 100gb data plan SIM card from T-Mobile.
