Ease of usability and flexibility of this product is definitely my go to router for mobile clinics and remote sites with poor internet, the InControl platform is very easy to use but I like to config manually and that is easy to do.
Speed. 170x70 cellular is amazing.
My favorite part of the product is when you have multiple. You can VPN the routers together, so when i show up on location, or if i simply send the device out on location, i have full access to the device as well as other systems connected to it. Makes deployment and support so easy. The InControl site is another huge bonus. It's a great and simple GUI that we use to monitor and support all our pepwaves from one place. Bandwidth steering is another massive bonus, it's very easy to move traffic wherever and whenever necessary.
something that double NAT'd mobile sims can present an issue
Support. Why will support not assist me? I paid almost $11,000 for their hardware and I cannot get a support ticket opened?
I haven't come across much to dislike about this product. It's truly exceptional.
