We us MediaValet to manage all of our digital media, including captured images, videos, documents, and company essential assets that require collaboration and sharing across internal and external audiences. It's hard to manage this media from OneDrive or Google Drive because the functionality and the filters that MV offers us are more advanced - where we can control the meta data, add credentials of the author for each asset added to MV and update the versions one by one, where we can also access older versions of the media to check what and how the media looked in the past which is very essential for flyers, presentation templates or promotional videos for the brand. Our team members can access, share, and work with files without confusion or duplication, which has improved our overall workflow efficiency. Even new team members can pick-up things in real-time without missing anything from the past - considering the history is made available. Categorization + Filter + Searchability of Media is excellent and faster.

It mostly got the job done. But I always felt it was needlessly complex and not very intuitive to use.
