what i dislike most about the product is that some features feel less optimized or still underdeveloped compared to the rest of the platform. for example, the reporting tools can be quite limited in customization, and the system can somtimes be slow during peak hour. additinally, the mobile app experience is not as smooth or comprehensive as the dekstop version. while these issues dont prevent us from using the product, they do affect overall efficiency and user satisfaction.
