User learning curve, pricing model / cost of subscription & billing, customer support.
For our use case, we needed to configure the amount of the recurring subscriptions, but we had to tweak Stripe billing subscription in a manner that lost its benefits.
I think the fees could be more competitive. There are always other companies offering similar services with better pricing structures.
