We have enjoyed our experience using Stripe Billing. Despite some pitfalls with the interface and customer support, it has overwhelmingly been able to address our company's use cases for payment processing, including billing, renewals, and subscriptions. Stripe's automated workflows, customization options, analytics, and ability to integrate with our existing stack and account system allows for scalability across the organization.

It's an amazing product to start with, but when you need to scale or if you need specific metrics, it's not that configurable in simple ways
