I believe the evaluation was fair and the questions were oriented to the products they talked about
I really like the diverse assessment options. It has also been very easy to integrate it wit our ATS. Its reports are very easy to understand.
Core traits are quite comprehensive which tests prospects on elements such as personality traits, behavioural tendencies and cognitive abilities.
Sometimes the number of questions were too high and a bit time consuming.
It does offer limited options for customization to reduced the options to create highly tailored assessments. The reports might be too simple. The cost is high.
Expensive when compared to in-house recruitment team and even in some cases with the outsourcing agencies. Not suitable for senior roles where prospects are limited.
