The UI is modern and intuitive. The navigation is simple and easy to understand. The customizable views make finding the information you need quick and easy.
Micetro separates the management of DNS and DHCP services from the infrastructure that provides those services, and supports multiple different DNS and DHCP server implementations. It's also quite good at discovering, tracking, and managing network subnets.
I've recently been tasked with a lot of things which require the API. I like the http API landing page for easy calls.
Needs better handling of unreachable IP's for documentation purposes.
Integration between the Central process and the web front end process in the high-availability configuration should be improved.
The learning curve. I had/have trouble finding how-to guides or general admin help. This is not to be confused with M&M support.. they have been excellent. However we are capped with hours/interactions so I am always hesitant to reach out.

Cost effective DDI solution with excellent service and support
We have a great relationship with Men and Mice mainly in part due to their service and support team. They have always taken the time to meet and understand our needs and concerns. They work closely with us on feature enhancements and in major impacting situations, they have relatively fast delivery of hot-fixes to resolve issues.
